Ashley Galliard
Digital Learning Specialist
Ashley Galliard is the Managing Director of Skill Order Limited, with a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design and a degree in Physical Education. With over 30 years of business experience, he has designed 100+ e-learning courses, and has built and continues to administer successful digital learning programs for corporate clients. In 2016, he co-founded Thrive Wellness Hub to enhance corporate well-being in South Africa. He developed an accredited Employee Wellness Management course, transitioning it to e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining traction with major African companies like Sasol and ABSA Bank, Afrocentric Health, and the Government sector. In 2023, Ashley established Skill Order, following his emigration to the UK, which now manages Mpact’s digital learning program, serving the needs of 5,000 employees. His career focuses on fostering positive behavior change through coaching, corporate education, and mentorship.

Kirsty, founder and shareholder of Five Star Media, excels in storytelling across television, digital content, animation, and photography. We partner with her for script writing, video production, digital learning design and Health and Safety inductions. Kirsty’s accolades include the Goldman Sachs-GIBS 10,000 Women Certificate (2012), 702 Business Accelerator with Nedbank (2014), and recognition as one of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women. She was also listed among Mail and Guardian’s 200 Young People to Watch. In 2017, she produced “10 Days In Sun City” and joined the Vital Voices/Bank of America Global Ambassadors Program. Kirsty delivered a TEDx talk in 2018 and produced the wildlife series “Wild Zambezi” in 2024. Her experience and creative genius enrich our projects, bringing clients’ digital learning ideas to life.
Anastasya Eli
Designer
Anastasya Eli is an award-winning designer, illustrator, and animator known for her ability to bring concepts and characters to life. Her work enhances course design with engaging, on-brand illustrations, animations, and digital designs. Specializing in 2D animation for social media, web, film, educational material, online games, books, comics, and news stories, Anastasya has contributed significantly to eNCA’s graphic-based storytelling. She has created website banners, promotional posters for clients like Discovery Insurance, and graphics. Her notable projects include posters for Amnesty International and book covers for Pan Macmillan’s bestselling “Cold Case Confession.” Anastasya excels in web graphics, infographics, and animated film sequences. Her accolades include the Bookmark Awards 2016 Silver Pixel for “Medupi Graves” and the Standard Bank Sikuvile Journalism Awards in 2015 and 2016 for “Medupi Graves” and “Hope to Glory.” Her creative expertise brings a unique and captivating element to every project.

Bode Chris is passionate about creating useful solutions that lie at the intersection of the best of design and technology.
A techprenuer, expert designer and senior software engineer with over 20 years of expertise in UI/UX design, web, and mobile development, and helping professionals & small businesses use digital tools to stay competitive and grow their business.
Chris has built and scaled successful digital solutions, with an understanding of AI-driven product development, and user-centric design, that are aligned with the customers’ business goals.
We collaborate with Chris on LMS design and configurations, tech ecosystem integrations, corporate brand design for digital learning programs, and tech support.
Wendy McNally
Wendy – Learning and Development Specialist & Classroom Trainer
Wendy, Ashley’s business partner in Thrive, is an experienced classroom trainer, instructional designer, and course developer specializing in blended learning. She integrates face-to-face instruction with online learning, focusing on leadership development, business management, and personal mastery skills. Wendy creates engaging, industry-aligned learning experiences, leveraging her deep understanding of adult learning principles, and has worked extensively with large corporations like Sasol, Afrocentric Health, and Aveng. She excels in facilitating interactive sessions, using digital tools to boost engagement and retention. Her learner-centered approach emphasizes practical application through real-world case studies and workplace assignments. As a material designer, Wendy develops comprehensive learner guides, facilitator manuals, assessments, and logbook activities across various subjects. Wendy’s expertise in designing blended learning experiences makes her a versatile and innovative trainer, preparing learners for success in both in-person and virtual settings.
